Information on the processing of personal data

1. Data Controller

The Data Controller is Mario Rossi, reachable at dpuddinu.dev@gmail.com for any privacy-related requests.

2. Purpose of processing

Personal data (name, surname, phone number, email) and payment information (bank transfer details for the deposit) are collected exclusively for managing the booking and securing the reservation at our facility.

3. Legal basis for processing

Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (the booking) to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The 30% deposit serves as a guarantee for the service requested.

4. Legal obligations

The data will be communicated to the competent Questura (State Police) via the "Alloggiati Web" portal, as required by current public safety regulations (Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S.).

5. Data retention

Data will not be stored longer than strictly necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations.

6. Sharing with third parties

Data will not be sold or communicated to third parties for purposes other than those indicated above.

7. Data subject rights

The data subject may at any time exercise the rights provided by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), and restriction of processing.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

If the data subject considers that the processing violates the GDPR, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy - www.garanteprivacy.it).

Booking Terms

1. Deposit

A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit must be paid via bank transfer within 48 hours of the request.

2. Balance

The remaining 70% and the tourist tax must be paid on-site at check-in (cash or card).

3. Cancellation

In case of cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, the deposit will be fully refunded. After this deadline, the deposit will be kept as a penalty.

4. Right of Withdrawal

As per Art. 59, letter n) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts relating to accommodation services.
